Purchased floors here about 2 months ago and had a pleasant experience but I needed more flooring but there wasn't enough in stock. I asked an employee if I should pay for it now so it would be ordered and I was assured that even if I didn't, which I didn't pay for the ones that would be coming in, that my order would be placed and that I would receive a phone call. I also was told that when they came in I would pay the same price as before. 2 weeks go by no phone call, so I call and no floors. Cool. No problem. 2 more weeks go by and my friend pops in just to see if they came in, still no floors. Another week I get a call saying the floors are in. Yay! Of course it's rainy, go inside and ask about the flooring but someone different is checking the floors out. When the price rings up, it was more expensive than before so I explained the other employee had told me the price would be matched and I was asked for my previous receipt. A manager was called to check in on the situation and I was rudely told that if a manager was not the person that sold me the previous flooring then there was nothing she (the manager there at the moment) could do about. I had waited a while for the flooring so I just paid for them. I didn't appreciate...

I wish there was a star minus or a way to take away stars..... I ordered counter tops from here I gave them a drawing of exact measurements that where needed. I received a counter that has a bow in the middle and a bar counter top piece that has a back to, it now we all know a counter with a open bar has no back. (special order you get what they order) if that was not bad enough I also bought over 2000.00 in laminated flooring has not been down for more then a month and it is all separating. All the corners and edges are peeling up. quality just is not there. shop else where. oh in case your wondering why I gave the one star its because you have to add a start to be able to post on on here or I would not have given none at all :(...

I will never shop here again this is my first experience I bought a shower brought it home didn’t look at it real good there was something wrong with it my contractor came to measure it so we can put it in he said it was the wrong size so I went to bring it back and the guy asked where is the wood that was screwed to it and I told him there was no wood on it the way I bought it was the way it was when I picked it up he said it was damaged so he called his manager and the manager said they couldn’t give me full price for it because I damaged it I did not damage it when I left there I was pretty mad now they lost two customers my contractor...
