Burger King — Restaurant in Lafayette

I placed my order online to be picked up through the drive thru when I got there my order wasn't ready I ordered 16 piece chicken nugget meal with large fries and I never received a receipt with the order I waited approximately 15 minutes outside in my car then went inside to see what happened to my order. The store employees never acknowledged I had entered the store. Now I was at the counter waiting a few minutes to see if these idiots would ever actually acknowledge that I as a customer was in the store which never happened. Very poor customer service. I tried to get someone's attention but I believe I was being ignored. They were not busy. Finally after shouting out "Will someone help me. I'm trying to find out what happened to my order." The employee that approached me did not introduce himself to me. So I don't know who he was. He was very rude NOT at all being friendly to a customer that pays his salary. I suggested that hiring is needed or more active training for their management and employees in greeting there customers are needed to improve service at this Burger King. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE...

I live exactly 5 minutes away from this burger king. I went there and ordered a Texas double whopper medium no drink, A bacon king large with a Dr. Pepper, A kids whopper Jr. with an apple juice and two oreo shakes medium. There was no line in the drive thru. There was one car already pulled up to the side, I was told to pull up too. Seeing as they most likely dont want their times out of whack, that makes sense. I waited maybe 5-6 minutes which doesn't bother me either because the order is a decent size. Problem is I get home and my food is cold. Completely cold. Which the only way I can figure out that it's cold is that you made the order when I ordered it but then forgot about it and left it there and then brought it out or maybe you just didn't heat it up all the way? Which also tells me that the fries were not fresh but old. They also have a weird after taste to them which means you need to either skim your fryers better or change your oil. You guys forgot the apple juice as well. But hey at least you got two stars only because the shakes were actually really good. I do recommend Burger King just...

How is it OK with BK mgt. that an employee go to "work" with his pants hanging low enough on his rear end to expose at least 6 - 7 inches of his underwear, all right at eye level with customers at the drive up window? This was on 11/17 at around 9:30 PM. There were no cars in the lot. There were two cars ahead of mine, and I had to wait around 20 minutes. I soon discovered why. The employee at the drive up window was so engaged in his conversation with his coworker about who sells him marijuana that he could not be bothered with moving things along. When my food was finally ready he just stood there in plain sight with the food in a bag and continued his conversation as I continued to wait. Finally, at his convenience, he came to the window, handed me the food, did not apologize for the long wait, did not thank me. The food was good, but I can find good food without having to hear about an area drug dealer or having to see someone's underwear. I hope that management reads this and does something, at the very least, require that employees refrain from exposing customers to...
