
I found this gym when I moved to Erie over three years ago. In that time, I have found a gym family and home that truly makes me enjoy working out. I have lost several sizes and 30 pounds in a slow and methodical way. I've done this through the workouts and nutritional advice offered by Scott and his other trainers. Most importantly, I've increased my strength and endurance more than I ever have in the past. With his fun yet firm encouragement, I have been able to push past my perceived limitations and accomplish more than I thought possible. Scott also helps work past and through any injuries safely which in turn enables participants to continue their fitness journey without sacrificing their health.
