I've enjoyed their breakfast burritos with bacon and hot spice. My husband likes his too, and he likes his food more mild. Heafty burritos too, so your not starving. Very delicious food, and worth every penny. The prices are more than reasonable. They are a good price for a remarkable product. Hands down, My Favorite Mexican food In Town!!! Add to that the service. They are always friendly. I am proud to have them as a staple for the community. Great men cooking up Fabulous Food!!! 😋 btw, They are not always there, so have a back-up plan. ;) There are other restaurants around just in case you need to find a back-up, including a Mexican restaurant, but these guys do it right. Their seating is a single park bench, fyi. I usually eat my burrito in the car, and yes, they wrap their burritos perfectly! Best burritos around really, so get there early if you want breakfast! 😊 Early meaning they usually open at around 6:30 am. and if you can get there before 9:30 or 10, that's about the time they are wrapping up breakfast it seems. Call ahead too!!! Also a good choice if you want to call in your order...

This truck is tucked within the Lafayette lumber yard parking lot and I'm so glad we found it!

We ordered breakfast tacos and two breakfast burritos. The tortillas are very nice and soft, the filling is very well balanced with plenty of eggs, meats, and cheese. The bacon is thick and there are nice chunks of steak.

The green chile is a fantastic gravy style. It kind of reminds me of a much much better version of what santiago's does. We tried the mild, which is actually mild, and hot, which does have a good level of heat (but could be spicier, in my opinion).

Been going here for the past year now and Hands down THE BEST food truck I’ve ever been to. Also THE BEST breakfast burritos I’ve ever had. They don’t hold back on the sauce or the ingredients, everything is well seasoned, the tortillas are flippin delicious. And their customer service is always good. My co-workers and I love this place and are always sad when they run out of burritos for the day but hey, you snooze you lose.
