It was a friendly place at first. However, my husband specifically told them that he does not get paid on the first of every month. Since we got our lawnmower from here they have called him every day following the first harassing him for the payment. After explaining to them that we can no longer afford the mower following my mothers death, they refuse to take it back and cancel the payments and they refuse to repossess the lawnmower. It is hurting his credit and they are continuing to harass him for the money even after he tells them what day he gets paid and when he will pay them. Have been trying to get a service appointment for months now. Had one scheduled, they never showed up and never rescheduled. Then the owner or store manager came to my apartment to look at my couch herself, said she would order a part. Haven't heard back for over a month now. Feebee..was willing to order additional night stand for us..to the girls getting our paper work together...to the delivery guy's. We have been with Farmers for years ...the only problem...Our mini refrigerator (gift), was not available but on back order..this seems to always be a problem...getting your gift.
