Burger King — Restaurant in LaGrange

Customer service was horrible and surprisingly by the manager Ashna. The person at window gave me a bag I thought was mine because it had part of my order but missing my fries. I proceeded to tell the person I'm missing my fries, he then took my bag to the counter and I see the manager put some more nuggets in the bag no fries which was what I was missing. The person that was at window then takes the bag to a car waiting in the parking lot. I then said did you just take my order to the parked car?..the manager says that was not your order...I said yes it was the bag I just gave you back through the window. The manager tries to tell me she gave it to worker behind the counter and he threw it in the trash. I then told her no ma'am that is a lie I just watched you...she then tells me I'm lieing and don't know what I'm talking about...I say ok ma'am I want your bosses number. I spoke to the gentleman on the phone. I told him I would NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE I MEET TO STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!!...Be aware they will give you food passed from the car back through the...

I specifically requested my food to be cooked fresh and explain I didn't mind waiting as well. There were four cars ahead of me i. drive thru. When I got to the window, the young lady handed me my drink and food. The onion rings were luke warm and the hamburgers were as if they put them back on the grill in the wrapper because only the the bun was hot because the burger was cold..When I looked at my jr burger, the bottom of the bunn was burnt and when I took a bite it was tuff..What in the world wrong with these people, you can't give someone food that has expired its hold time and the nerve to warm it up to serve..I hope the person that made this sandwich.and the manager for allowing it to go out this way that karma whipped your ass soon. Your food is already expensive for a meal $10 and then your sorry ass couldn't make sure it was fresh..Poor customer service..They put anybody in a position now but fail to train...

Service was horrible. This is because everything was old.

I order coffee that was warm, Bitter and Burt tasting.

Order 2 Whipper meals. The meat was thought and dry. The bread was soggy from the mayonnaise and tomatoes. Mayonnaise, tomatoes lettuce and onions or all hotter than the beef itself was. (From my experience that's because product that have moisture holder temperature longer)

It's easy to get past all that because when I ate a rotting tomatoes and my gf ate another rotting tomato in hers. We Just threw I sandwiches out.

If It was an easy fix, I would of brought it to someone's attention. This is clearly the lack of awareness from everyone. Under no circumstances should rotting vegetables should be sold. At that it's extraordinarily easy to identify bad vegetables.
