I was not satisfied with the service here at all. I inquired about a 2020 Toyota Camry XSE White, Panoramic Sunroof and Red Interior that was priced at roughly 27,400 something. The vehicle had shown that it was already priced at $1300 over its value. That’s neither here nor there. I inquired about this car on Friday September 5,2025. I spoke with a salesman by the name of William. Now, I did explain to William that my credit score may not be the best and that I started my own trucking business in which the payments were shown on Cashapp and Applepay. I do have a business account but, waiting for the deposits to show up every 2 days would have been a hassle for me due to me needing to provide fuel for my trucks. So William did tell me that he would need to see my bank statements. Now, I was approved for another vehicle at a different car lot but I thought I’d get something that I really wanted instead of choosing from desperation, so I weighed my options. The last dealer didn’t ask for my banks statements but for the cashapp history. I was able to pull my cashapp statements and send them. I feel as though William wanted to work with me but then again he didn’t. That’s what I perceived from his demeanor. The next day I called him and asked him why haven’t my credit report been ran. Well he told me that they were busy that day and he would get back to me when he could. Now, on this day which was September 6, 2025 on a Saturday, they were having a $79 deal for any customer who was approved that day! Well, I asked him why didn’t you inform me. I do live 1hr 40 minutes away but I would have stopped by had I known that or waited until that day for him to process my application. Well, he didn’t have a response for me. I immediately felt discriminated against. After I forced him to push my application out, he then went to the sales manger who had been working that day and the sales manager told him that he would work on it some other time. That was rude and again, discriminating from what I had already told William. Now amongst all of that, William informed me of that and proceeded to rush me off of the phone because he said that they had a sale to close on. Well, I then hung up and felt sad, embarrassed and empty. I then called back at a later time and spoke with a female. I forgot her name but she went and checked on everything for me and made sure that the application went through that same day. Although she told me to be on standby and wait for a call from the sales manger to go over the numbers with me, they closed at 6pm. She told me this at around 4:50pm sometime. I then replied to her roughly before they closed and told her Monday will be better because the closing time is arriving (which I felt as though she had already known that) but I brushed it off. Monday came, I didn’t hear anything back from anyone. I texted her and told her that I do not want the car! A couple hours passed and she texted me back about the approval. At this time, I didn’t want the car anymore. I told her I’ll call them back tomorrow, which was on Tuesday September 9, 2025. I called back and spoke with Burkey. We went over the numbers and he had me at $2000 down and $799 a month for a 2020 Toyota Camry! That was just ridiculous. I know that my credit is not that bad and even if so, the communication here is horrible. I wouldn’t recommend anyone here. I looked online and saw that they were the only dealership in ga. who had this Camry. I kept mentioning to the young lady that I felt like I was being discriminated against. No other car lot has asked me for a picture of my drivers license, they only asked me for my number. She insisted that I send her the hard copy photo. I do not like my experience here. I do not know if Burkey was the sales manager who worked over the weekend or not but everyone here had a non chalant, vague type of attitude like I wasn’t a paying customer! Read moreMy father, a Disabled Veteran, went to Nissan of LaGrange on 12/13/2024 with a pre approval letter from his bank to purchase a vehicle. He told the salesman and fiancé manager that he would like the vehicle purchased through his bank and gave them the pre approval letter. Without my father’s knowledge, someone from the dealership called his bank and told them that they are going to match the 6.5% interest rate they offered him. My father’s credit score is almost at an 800. My father told them he wanted to put down $5000 so that he could get his payments lowered. When it was time to sign the documents, my dad thought he was signing the typical documents for the 2025 vehicle with the vehicle being financed through his bank. He didn’t know he was signing documents to finance the vehicle through Nissan. When I found out about what had went on I went to the dealership with my dad. The finance manager told me and dad that when they ran his information he got a better rate with Nissan than he did with his bank so he just went with Nissan without informing my dad. When I asked the finance manager why did my father had to put a down payment he said “he had to put down $3000 because he don’t use his credit”. I then looked at dad and asked him how much he put down he said $5000. I then asked him why he said because he wanted lower monthly payments but I told him I wanted the car financed through my bank. I asked the finance manager for my dad’s file so I can see the pre approved letter from the bank. He wouldn’t provide me the folder. My dad did not get the documents to the vehicle until I went to speak with them about the purchase that was fraudulently made. I would like help,if possible, getting my father out this contract, giving the vehicle back, getting the total amount ($5900) he gave back, and putting this place out of business. They have done this to several people in our community.
Update: A marketing manager contacted me and asked if I could meet with the General Manager. I did yesterday. A few minutes in I felt the GM was trying to intimidate me and twist the situation. So for that reason I immediately wanted to walk out. As I’m getting ready to walk out of this meeting because I don’t have time for foolishness, THE GM asked me to wait he has one more question for me. He asked me HAVE I EVER CAME TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM NISSAN OF LAGRANGE, NOPE NEVER. THEN HE SAID SO YOU NEVER USED A FRAUDULENT CHECK ”IF YOU THINK I HAVE EVER CAME TO THIS DEALERSHIP AND ATTEMPTED TO USE A FRAUDULENT CHECK TAKE ME TO COURT.” Then he asked do I have a family member that works there and has a family member ever purchased a vehicle there. What does that have to do with anything.
3-11-2025 THE RESPONSE FROM THE “OWNER” IS A LIE! THERE WAS NO MISUNDERSTANDING NOR HAS THE ISSUE BEEN RESOLVED. AND EVERYTHING I SAID IS THE TRUTH. THE ONLY WAY THIS CAN BE RESOLVED IS BY GIVING MY FATHER ALL HIS MONEY BACK, YALL GET THE 2025 NISSAN KICK BACK, AND HE IS OUT OF THE CONTRACT. Read moreUpdating to say it has been a few more months. I was told to reach out to Nicole who was supposed to be the general manager again. I did and then was told she was let go and they once again replaced a vast majority of their staff and someone would reach out to me to resolve these issues. Here we are months later and still no contact has been made to right the astonishing wrong doings of these people. I still stand by my previous statement, please stay away from them. They just cant seem to get this place right. Full unbelievable review of how horrid it was buying a car here below.
10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING A CAR HERE.. Big read but please do read before purchasing anything here. If I could give it 0 stars I would. This is gonna be kind of a long one but this place is an absolute NIGHTMARE.. I wouldn't send someone I don't like to buy a car here. They lured me in on one of those "BIG" sales back in march of last year(2023). They ended up selling me on a 2018 BMW. Upon test drive it had some lights on the dash that they said was due to a sensor they needed to replace. Once finishing all the paper work they then told us the car had actually not even been inspected yet and we could not take it home yet for saftey reasons. That was on a Saturday evening, they left it parked outside of an empty bay and it hailed that Sunday. should have been a sign then not to follow through with buying it. So they swore to fix all of the hail damage on top of the supposed sensor.. Gave us a "we owe" stating ALL DAMAGE AND ISSUES would be repaired.. a few days later they call and say the car actually needs a transfer case. it took them 3 months to get this transfer case installed and get me my car with almost a 1000 more miles on it, STILL with hail damage.. low and behold the car also still does not run right, it jerks and shutters when accelerating.. They tell me they cant solve that issue after taking it back to them 3 times and I will need to take it to BMW and they will reimburse for whatever it cost. BMW found the issue to be ALL of the motor mounts were damaged when the transfer case was replaced, they now refuse to reimburse for those repairs like they said they would. meanwhile still waiting on hail damage repair.. they did finally send it to repair the hail damage but it only gets minimally repaired if you even call it that, some dents pulled out TO much looking worse than before, many dents still left on the car, they scratched up all of my windows.. replaced a dented window trim with another obviously damaged window trim.. here we are almost a year later, they still have not repaired the hail damage, they have done nothing but lie, avoid phone calls, the used car service manager talks to us like trash on multiple occasions. Please for the love of god, go anywhere but here if you want a decent car and to be treated decent. I've since spoken to a mechanic who left them whos said this is a normal thing for them. They have had many changes in management and it seems to only get worse. Avoid this place like the plague on this...
