Worst experience ever! I do not recommend at all not only was he very unprofessional he also didn’t fix my 11 Pros screen properly but yet still charged me almost 300 shortly after realizing the problem I contacted him and all he had to say was “I can’t do anything” so I let it go and then it got worse(picture below) so yesterday i drove there and asked if he could temporarily do anything until I had time to go to Verizon (which is what I should have done from the beginning instead of being impatient ) and he just said “I can fix the screen but it’ll be another $300.” ….so today I had someone go up there for me and basically just say he doesn’t have to fix it we just want a refund and he blatantly lied to their face claiming that he has never seen me and that he hasn’t looked at a 11 pro this week🤦🏽‍♀️ This experience was definitely a learning one and I just recommend not giving him your time or money…the fact that it was beside Food Depot should’ve been all I needed to...
