Metro by T-Mobile — Local services in LaGrange

I have been with metro for YEARS and I LOVE Metro but I will NEVER go in this store again! I went in because my phone broke and I had been given a brand new phone and needed my Sim swapped to my new phone. The man wouldn't swap my old Sim and was going to make me buy a new one but I told him my new phone was e-sim capable and he would not let me use an e-sim and forced me to buy a new Sim. If I didn't need my phone so badly, as I had been without a phone for several days, I would have walked out but I just bought it and figured I'd call metro to complain. Well when I called metro, I discovered they added phone insurance to my account without my consent and there was no need to charge me for a new Sim. But metro customer support took care of all of that for me, removed the fraudulent insurance and reimbursed me for the Sim. DO NOT go into this store! They new staff are con artists and crooks. When I went in to get a new phone and service, the manager tried to make me buy a tempered screen with the phone. Went as far as to grab it herself and ring it up without asking if I wanted it. She also sold me a speaker that I didn't ask for. I did not receive an itemized receipt for the things I paid for. I have attempted to call the store 5 times this morning and noone is answering the phone. Terrible customer service....

Customer service is not important to them. You would think that they would be nice and they would care about helping the customers. But at the end of the day they don't.
