I normally love this store. But as far as getting assistance, this time not so much, no one available. When I did finally ask the dressing room attendent, she ignored me, she deliberately went on & on with a customer which the encounter should have been quick, by just telling her where the item was, but instead, she went into where the sizes were, the clearance was etc. etc., (when there was at least 6 people waiting in line for the dressing room) and that was not necessary, as the woman did not ask "that" question. 🥴Then when I was checking out, I had an order to pick up as well as my purchase of a pair of PJs. I asked if there was a separate line for pick-ups, they said No, go over there...I found myself literally cutting in front of 5 people which made me very uncomfortable.🥺 But I went as I was instructed. The lady at the counter rung up my item (veryy slowly), when she finally went to the pick up part of my order, it was a nightmare, she was not experienced at getting orders that were pre-purchased apparently, went over to another cashier who was waiting on someone else and had to wait at least 6 minutes, than 'that' person was Not experienced and had to wait on Another cashier who was checking someone else out... it was an extremely long wait. Then when I Finally did get my items she had to bring them up or scan them 3-5 times each, and I tried to help by telling her what the items were and how big they were and she totally ignored me to no avail. All in all I was in pain as I had broken my wrist, 4 days prior, thinking this would be very quick and it was Not. As I mentioned, I normally love this store but this experience was not a pleasant experience, actually it was very frustrating! Not happy at all! 😢But I always loved Nordstrom's clothes and accessories and everything else. Their Bargains are amazing as well! But this particular visit...their help is something to be considered. 😒😣 In addition I would of liked to have checked my items in the boxes as normally would be done anywhere else, but I was basically dismissed when my purchase was complete. 🤨 In addition, no help was offered to carry my boxes seeing as I only had one functioning arm and was struggling desperately to carry my items out. Read moreThe store is nice enough, clean, well organized, with lots to choose from at various price points. I had a rather warry experience.
After selecting clothes to try on the woman at the fitting rooms said: "make sure you come back out with everything" maybe because she said it in a un-friendly/ neutral/ way without smiling I took it as 'dont take anything' and the confused look I must have given her made her clarify to bring the clothes back out when I was done trying them on. It threw me off a little and made me wonder if there could be a better way to say the same thing that's less insinuating ( if the three signs posted and one in each changing room were not already enough)
After I was done with the first round I asked about a different size and the same woman gestured in a "how would I know" way and said to check on the racks. Interestingly enough 5min later a loudspeaker announcement came on saying to ask any of their friendly associates if we need help or assistance with finding the right size. Shrug I asked a simple question to one other person who made it seem that it was a bother to even respond. It wasn't even to ask for help but 'is this a blazer?'

Read moreI’ve been to many Nordstrom Rack locations and always received exceptional service, but this particular location was a major disappointment. I visited for the first (and last) time on June 9th with my mother, and the two women working at the fitting room were unhelpful and noticeably dismissive. One seemed to struggle with basic communication, and the other — wearing green — deliberately ignored us and made it clear she didn’t want to assist. We simply asked for help scanning a pair of shoes to check for more sizes and colors, yet they chose to assist others around us and acted like we didn’t exist. What bothers me most is that this wasn’t general disorganization, it felt personal. While helping other customers, they outright refused to help us, and I genuinely don’t understand why. It was disrespectful, frustrating, and completely at odds with the level of service Nordstrom Rack is known for. Our family has spent thousands at Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack over the years, but this experience was unacceptable and has lost this location our business.
