In-N-Out Burger — Restaurant in Laguna Hills

Unfortunately this is 5th bad experience at an in and out location. 1st@ 0655 Gateway pl Mission Viejo 2018 I go through the drive thru order my food and I hear through the speaker it's the nigger's order. I went inside and I asked for a manager and explained the situation, he said he was and laughed it off.. while other customers heard what happened and we're disgusted.

2nd time in and out Alhambra Alhambra kept putting black pepper on my fries and told me that's the new way in and out does the fries while laughing.

3rd time in and Santa Margarita I order no spread no onions add mustard and the guy says the opposite, extra spread extra onions no mustard. I repeatedly corrected him like 4 different times and he still kept saying it wrong and laughing. I told him if he doesn't want to provide me service just say so. I left.

4th After venting to my friend about my experience at in and out she said she went to the one on El Toro she ordered her food and she thought she heard one of the guys call her a rag head. She asked him what he said he ignored her. Then she pointed to the Indian guy that worked there and said your not only offending me but him too, the guy said he's our little dog. Laughed and said just kidding. She said she's never gone to an in and out since.

5th at the El Toro location last night simple order no salt on fries no spread add extra lettuce, they not only gave me extra salt on my fries but they burnt them to an uneatable rock, gave me no lettuce, extra mushy tomatoes and a ton of spread.. Obviously all done on purpose. Not sure when in and out became a place of bad evil energy but myself and my friends got the memo we...

Terrible terrible experience. I always go to in n out with my family and friends and it’s one of our favorite places. Unfortunately I had a terrible experience that will probably ruin all the good experiences I have had in the past. I went to this in n out with my boyfriend and we were sitting down and enjoying our time when the manager and one of the employees told us to leave because one of the associates was “uncomfortable” with my boyfriend being there. We were sitting down minding our own business and the way they acted towards us was absolutely unacceptable. Imagine if we were there with family and they kicked us out. If the employee is “uncomfortable” she could simply go to the back until we were gone. But no. They decided to kick us out and ruin our experience. We were just sitting down. Not doing anything. What they did was so unnecessary. The manager’s name was KC and all she cared about was her employee, she kicked us out in front of everyone, not only was this embarrassing because everyone was staring, but it was also very rude. If there had been something that was said and if we had done something in that time to disturb the peace of the restaurant then okay I would agree with them to kick us out but we truly did not do anything to make anyone upset or uncomfortable. However, they did not care about the customer, not the customer experience that is supposed to be so very important. As a regular customer, I am so disappointed. So very disappointment in their actions. I’m so sorry...

12.17.24 This was my first time In-N-Out stop at very late hour of the night. It just felt like I needed one in-n-out fix 🫣 I stopped by after 10pm and I was surprised to see so many young guys and gals - wow! They kept coming in droves it seemed lol 😆

I've visited this location a few times when I lived in this area during the lunch hour and it was always busy. I've generally appreciated this location because the inside is well -spaced for customers and it's just good to see how young students work behind the counter. Kudos to the business for giving these kids customer service experience👍

Parking: this California only burger joint is located at the corner of a mall and major street intersection. Parking can be hard for those who do not like to add steps to their visit. Plenty of parking there.

Customer service: There are very few places I know of that offer customer service experiences to school kids. I've always wondered what it's like for these kids to provide behind the counter service to customers and then kids who clean up tables. I do enjoy seeing young men and young women show their customer service talents. Kudos to all you In-N-Out employees - I've noticed how good you all are to the customers and if you master this customer service skill, you'll go far in the business world. Always very good customer service at this location👍

Food: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I only know and order from what's on the menu. I understand there's more to the menu. Five stars for In-N-Out - best burger and french fries...
