Unfortunately the people that they hire here are retarded there's no other way to put it they have difficulty ordering your food. While I was waiting for my food I noticed an advertisement for donating money for people who don't have any food. I said I would like to donate some money. Unfortunately nobody in the store new how to accept my money and donate it to this cause that they were advertising even the manager. He even called another store to ask them how to do it and they didn't know how to do it so he talked to their manager and he didn't know how to do it so I said I'd really like to give some money to these people who need it and I was told that they couldn't accept my money because they didn't know how to process the donation. I said why are you advertising to have people give you a donation for people in need of food but yet you don't know how to take my money what kind charity are you guys running . When you can't even take my money to give to this charity because nobody seems to know how. Their selection food is okay but they're pretty pricey. I ordered two cheeseburgers an order of fries order of onion rings and a drink and it was $29. If the food was good I don't mine paying good money for good food but but it wasn't that great and the worst part is every time I've gone there they screwed things up. My husband went there any ordered a double cheeseburger nobody could figure out what a double cheeseburger was they kept saying we have cheese burgers we have hamburgers he said yes I know I would like a double cheeseburger. He looks straight at my husband and said what's that? My husband what's flabbergasted he said you're kidding me right? He kept saying I don't understand what you want? Joe said a double cheeseburger and again he said I don't understand what's a double cheeseburger. And he wasn't speaking a foreign language he was speaking English and so was my husband they should have been able to communicate quite well in the same language so there was no language barrier this kid working in a hamburger restaurant did not know what a double cheeseburger was it was inconceivable who doesn't know what a double cheeseburger or double hamburger is even the idiots at McDonald's who don't even speak English know what a double cheeseburger and hamburger are. He then asked the cook do you know what a double cheeseburger is and I kid you not he said no what is it? So they gave him a cheeseburger and any extra package they put a a plain hamburger patty we were shocked. I'm sorry but that's retarded and it's not just the regular employees but it's the management also. I wouldn't advise going there unless...

A great experience... CoVid so no feedback on restrooms. Outside was clean as well as parking lot. Drive-thru service was busy so orders were taken at moderate speed. Having worked drive-thru this was to be expected. My order and the four cars ahead of me were processed in a reasonable amount of time. Regarding my order a Chicken sandwich grilled with avocado and bacon. I had the fries and soda combo add-on. I found the terms regular, I assume for small and medium for the drink I chose at over 20oz, to be a bit misleading. I don't know how bug the large size is but I assume it's huge. This isn't a complaint on the drinks but how how the size terms are used and at least for me threw me fir deciding the size I wanted. The one size fits all for fries is ok, my portion was I'd say large sized and was filling. The fries were above average. Barely any burns and the crisp was on point. The insides weren't scalding hot, but more like very warm mashed potatoes... Good fries, recommend... The Chicken sandwich was on point too. Nice portion of grilled meat, lettuce and tomato fresh, toppings were just enough not to little or too much. With the brioche bun plenty of flavor there. Not overdone also and tough to eat, medium well. Last, staff was professional but friendly, brisk but busy due to the drive-thru capacity. Great experience, would take a friend there. At 4.50$ the fries were good but for a combo I've been buying tea a la carte. I'll get chips instead of fries too. Maybe a 3$ price would have me purchase again. Fountain syrup is pennies, and I know potatoes aren't 4$ so they make a lot of cash on that combo option. So next time probably a repeat on the chicken sandwich a la carte for 8.00$ and change. I'll supply my own drink n side. Still would...

Manager this morning was very evil to me for working on a window display while I was eating in handycap table literally in front. Dust all over my drink and food. My food was delicious yet stingy I asked to add more fries to my play my answer was sorry I no speak English. WTH? Next time I'm bringing in my lawyer for a sit in.

Clean windows floors bathrooms countertop shine Every day they open, is like grand openings, the staff is well manicured to the stein appearances never lazy always smiling and greet you by name. My birthday was October 4th and Violetta brought me out a cake and candle and wished me a happy birthday. Who does that to a homeless person. ?? I thank the LORD above for her and her brother Alexandro for the kindness and most of all how they both honor they're Mom and Dad (Laguna Hills California owners) with respect honesty discipline hard dedicated work so come on over and enjoy the menue The 5 STAR staff is waiting for you during this pandemic time ,they will give you 110% quality!
