This isn't the first time this location has made my order wrong, I know it happens, but usually it is resolved in a friendly manner. Today I went through the drive thru and ordered a 10 count mini biscuit just before they were done serving breakfast. I got my order and the sticker on the side of the bag had my correct order on it. I drove the 4 miles home, opened the bag and found a box of 20 nuggets, not biscuits. I saw I had 5 minutes before breakfast was done so I hopped in the car to try and get there, I immediately called the restaurant and no one answered, tried another 8 times before someone answered. I explained the situation and was told they may not be able to make my order since breakfast was done. I explained the situation and they agreed to make the correct food. I went inside when I arrived, was ignored for 5 minutes then some came to me and asked if I was the 10 count mini biscuit person, I said yes, he handed me the bag without so much as an apology for the inconvenience. I handed him the bag of incorrect food and was told to keep it. Then he turned around and walked away. The whole situation, I was treated like the issue was my fault...I'm ok with things being messed up sometimes but I at least expect an apology, if not my money back as well. The drive thru worker that took my order made a mistake. I went in to ask for a refund. Some manager by the initials of K.N. said a pathetic sorry, took her sweet time to fix the mistake, and after around 15 minutes of waiting in the lobby, gave me back $10 and just left. I did not even get a sincere "thank you for waiting this long" or a "here is something from us for being patient with us." Her attitude was more like, "let's get this over with." From reading the restaurant manager replies in the review section, they won't reach out to me and just reply with an automated message. Remember, to fix mistakes, the restaurant has to go above and beyond to contact the customers, and address the issue. If my message is still here, it's because they never contacted me, which shows that they just don't care about this manager's customer service skills. I've read the reviews about some nasty manager, and it looks like Chick Fil A still hasn't fixed...

I was mainly disappointed to find the standard of cleanliness in the dining areas and bathroom to have dropped. We visited at 9am so while the morning rush may have finished, it looked like the place had been open all day. There were heaps of crumbs in the bench seats and a lot of it looked like it was older than just a few hours. The floors were sticky and the tables weren’t being wiped after being used. The bathroom was also quite dirty in the mens room. It was slow when we were there so I expected there would be someone doing the post-rush clean around then. Service level was fine but pretty unenthusiastic. Missed that Chick-fil-a charm that I was used to. We also had an item missing from our order, which is understandable, it happens. But I think adopting reading back the orders would be helpful as it happened on multiple visits where an item was missed. Hope this review helps things improve. I know how hard you all work.
