StretchLab — Local services in Laguna Niguel

Im in agreement with the friends that give 5 stars and in agreement with business “ buyer beware” review. Ive been to stretch lab in montecito in north cal , and when i saw this one in laguna niguel i walked in and was greeted and the sales pitch began. Its ok. I get comissions life . I have few years in naturapathic medicine and slso lisc massage. And more. Ive had my own design and build luxury homes …. I didnt connect with first stretch person.. but the second one yes. .. so yhe beware part is the mistakes with scheduling kept coming . . Its not small when no one attempts to Apologize or remedy the confusion. I had one session left but when i left with my last session that desk and kristen saw it was over. So i finally got so annoyed .. then they didnot give refunf. Petiod. If u pay and get sick. Too bad. Yet its a really talkative place. I spent 700$. And it was not a concern to figure out why they are mismanaging communication and sessions completed. Owner called and said he would refund a session they confused on. But never did. Its much of a stretch to apologize a annoyed rightfully so customer. And the managers talk loudly there all the time. Buyer beware. Even when i decided to give up a session , not continue there , asistant manager said its 61$ session and the owner said on ph he would refund 37$ .. i got no refund and the chaos is evident till the end. Used to drive out twice a month to Venice Beach to do my stretch sessions. Imagine my surprise, when I stumbled upon the newest location 2 blocks from home!
