Subway — Restaurant in Laguna Niguel

Very disappointing experience at this Subway. The manager, Anthony, refused to accept Subway coupons and told me that since the store is a franchise, the owner can make any decision they want. There was no sign posted anywhere to inform customers about this, which feels misleading. On top of that, his response was dismissive and unprofessional. Customers deserve honesty, consistency, and respect, but this location failed on all of those. I won’t be coming back and don’t recommend...

I've been coming here for years must be a new owner or they've getting cheap with the serving literally got 6 pieces of spinach on my foot long and since when did they start using shredded cheese instead on sliced cheese? I asked for a toasted sandwich the lady stopped it half way I understand it was busy but still probably won't come back I can see I'm not the only one noticing...

I have been eating here for a long time but was disappointed today. They no longer have shredded mozzarella...it's $2 more for "fresh mozzarella" when the old kind was fine. Even brown mustard is gone. Also, the daily specials have been changed to only a combo, so if you don't want chips and a drink there is no option. Normally enjoy my meal here...
