Our mom liked LBW so much after 2 weeks of respite care she decided it was time to become a resident. She loves her unit, the beautiful facility, and we all love the staff. From day one they have all greeted her by name. It’s obvious to us LBW puts great effort into hiring genuine, caring people.
During the Covid19 lockdown, LBW has been vigilant the with safety of their residents, but have found creative ways to keep residents occupied and connected. They offer their residents video chat with loved ones via their tablets/iPads, which has been a great blessing for us family who live out-of-state. Staff member Ben Pawlik has made himself accessible for all tech related issues and sets up our video chats flawlessly.

Recognizing line staffing, culinary and department leadership as being considerations for finding a place for our aunt, LBW appeared to excel over the area competition. And we weren't disappointed. With any transition, time has revealed some issues along the way. But having met with the Executive Director over a couple of small issues, our family couldn't be more happy with his having remedied our concerns.
