Omg! I would love to thank you for having this young genuine angel Ricky on your team! I can’t write everything I would like to..but I will say this..Ricky was the most concerned and genuine individual I ever talked to at this insurance company..not saying the others are bad..everyone I’ve talked to was nice and helpful..but Ricky! The way he easily broke it down for me to where I understood what he was explaining to me was just amazing! Easily understood..when I tell you I could tell he genuinely cared..and it showed all through our conversation..he even talked to me about life insurance that I didn’t even know they had..he was kind..generous..helpful..caring..and very knowledgeable of what his job insisted of..Ricky has put a smile on my face! And it’s just amazing..I’m going through trials and tribulations as I type..and talking to this gentleman put a smile on my face and lord knows I needed that..just for doing a hell of a job with a customer..and that customer is me..this guy is just amazing! If I could give him a raise! I would! lol! Ricky deserves a raise..I’m telling you this guy is something special..we need more like this one! I know I done went on and on about this guy..lol! Read moreI am a firm believer in "it's better to be safe than sorry." That being said I have maintained life insurance and high coverage on my autos, you know, just in case. In 2017 my wife was rear-ended by a person who had minimum coverage and hurt, very bad.
I didn't fret about paying for treatment because I had great coverage for UM (uninsured/under-insured motorist). Shortly after this accident, I learned another valuable lesson, who you have in YOUR corner matters. The carrier who had provided coverage at the time of the wreck has tried to skip out on their responsibility.
After extensive research I found that State Farm pays their claims and does so expeditiously. God forbid another major wreck from happening, but if it does I know I won't be caught with the huge medical bills I have to pay now because of that other carrier.

Read moreIf I could give zero stars, I would. Zack is a poor reflection of this agency. He was never timely or proactive in contacting us. He seemed to avoid interaction, sending email instead of calling us regarding a pending matter. It had been ongoing for quite a while, and it would take us multiple calls to get answers. It seemed like Zack would roll into the office at 9 "just powering up my computer now." We lost valuable time due to Zack's lack of attention to our situation.
Here is a tip, Zack. Tell a client you will follow up by end of day with a call. Then do it, regardless of the status of the situation. And if you have a previous appointment at the end of the day, say that too. I have a training session but will call first thing in the morning. Say that.
Zack needs training on time management, professionalism, and communication with clients.
