Went to walk in like I have a few times passing a worker/helper of the owner, thinking nothing & not realizing the owner was in the car waiting for her until later so as she smiled at me & said nothing we walked up to locked doors. Even though it said on door they were still open, she couldn’t have warned us they had to leave early or were closing earier. Instead she chose to let us find out while her and her mother made their escape without the oh “so hard task” of letting their customers know they weren’t open, so as we walked back we realized them both driving away smiling at us for having realized they were closed the hard way instead of saving repeat customers time by letting us know in passing which was a horrid thing to do. So I won’t be giving them any more business nor will I be giving them any more recommendations. I LLLOOOOOVVVEEEE this place. They have the best and most creative drinks. I almost have to get a part-time job to control my addiction to this place🤣🤣 The owners are one of a kind. They are the most sweetest, caring, kind and generous people I know. This is a family owned business and sometimes life happens. People should not criticize if they have to close because of a family emergency or illness. They have to take care of themselves so they can take care of you. I think it is very thoughtful of the public to not bring their cooties into the store and pass it on to their customers. Not only does NH provide great drinks, they provide great customer service! Most mornings when I pull up, my drink is in the process of being made before I make it inside. They know my go to and they are trying to accommodate my busy morning. The owners have been more than generous giving back to our community with sponsorships and donations as well as staying open later for special events and activities such as Project Grad.
