GP's Creative Corner — Local services in Lake Charles

I had the absolute best time at GP’s creative corner, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was so welcoming and inspiring. The staff member who helped us, Kiersten, was amazing — she was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience so much fun.

We got to paint ceramic pieces, and it was a really relaxing and enjoyable activity. There were so many colors and designs to choose from, and it felt like a true creative outlet. I loved every minute of it!

If you’re looking for a fun, artistic experience, I highly recommend this place. Whether you're an artist or just looking for something unique to do, this is the spot!

I took a resin class with Galyn a while back. It was so relaxing and fun! She taught me how to make coasters build into wine glasses and a charcuterie board. The wine glasses came in a set of two, all items were personalized by myself and Galyn guided me on how to complete each project. Ms. Galyn was so helpful , thorough, patient, and kind. Overall genuine person who is passionate about her craft. I love the Creative Corner and the variety of art to explore! The Creative Academy classes have been a huge success with my homeschooler. He attends a couple of times per week and loves learning and creating with his friends. His teacher, Mrs. Addie, is wonderful. Having a neurodivergent child can be a challenge when the world isn’t prepared for them, but Mrs. Addie stays prepared. Every time we show up, we’re greeted by name with smiles from Ms. Penny or Mrs. Addie. I know my child is safe, happy, and probably going to come home with a little paint on his hands or a new...
