I have eaten shawarmas for 31 years all over the world. This is my peoples food. Let me say one or two thing about Shawarmas in Lake Charles. This is the closet you can get to having a shawarma in Beirut Lebanon. The bread the meat and the garlic sauce are done right. Their Kabsa flavored rice along with all their side dishes are as authentic as it gets anyone who disagrees simply doesn’t know Arabic food. Been here many times and the consistency and customer service are excellent. The owner and his staff are so polite even when very busy. Where to begin!! I have been looking for a long time for a place like this it is very very clean and so inviting,me being from Europe we have these places all over. Now the food is so delicious,fresh and authentic,garlic sauce is my favorite on the beef shoarma,they will dress it the way you want,fresh onions,salad,parsley,tomatoes,pickles you name it they have it,owner came over and recognized me shook my hand,been there twice in the last 3 days asked me if all was good and the staff is very friendly,hope this buisness is staying for a long time and wish them nothing but good vibes. Yall make sure to leave a Tip there's alot of work into making this delicious food and sweet middle eastern treats in the back of the kitchen we don't see. Great job...
