Matt's New & Used Appliances — Local services in Lake Charles

This is long but worth the read. My husband and I had a great experience here and will recommend this place to anyone and everyone. We came in on a Saturday, so it was a bit busy but we were promptly greeted and asked if we had been help. I didn’t catch his name but an employee spent so much of his time to help find a fridge that would fit our small space. We later found out he was the backroom manager so ABSOLUTELY did not need to go above and beyond like he did. He referred us to our salesman, Anthony. Anthony was extremely helpful and made our experience fantastic. We came in needing all new appliances for our new house and for all of them to be delivered in less than a week. He listen to every request, made sure we were getting what we needed all under budget. After we left with all the appliances ordered for delivery, we went home and realized the stove that we were told was gas was actually electric. We texted Anthony on Sunday but understood they were closed so we likely wouldn’t hear back. Monday Anthony returned my call and found a stove that matched the dishwasher better AND was the same price as the previous stove. 15/10...

When you first walk into this business, I can say that you can feel the vibrant energy and the at-home sense of comfort when you walk into the appliance store. I have the pleasure with working and getting a fantastic deal with Mr. Irving Bush and Mr. Anthony Lubin/Labin these two gentlemen exceed expectation and or above reproach when it comes to finding the right appliance, there was no pressure if you had any questions they were able to get the answers quickly they went over the appliance I was looking for I was able to pick their brains on several scenarios on what I wanted an appliance till we tailored it down to the two that I was looking down and then finally narrowed down to one. I was happy to say that choosing Matt's new and used appliances, Mr. Irving and Mr. Anthony assisted me in making the best choice that I wanted to find in a new refrigerator, and at the end of the day, as you can see in the photo, the best customer service is to take a picture with a Customer. I have mixed feelings about this place. I bought a stove that works great, no problem. I bought a Samsung refrigerator in February that I have had nothing but problems with. First the top stopped cooling so I changed the fan. Still is freezing up. I took multiple censor and thermostats in and nothing wrong there. I have an inch and a half of ice that I have to break loos from the freezer every few weeks like clock work or else the freezer ices over from not shutting. The fan in the back of the fridge makes so much noise and runs constantly. I’ve called multiple times to try and get some kind of help and I’m always told the same thing, we will get back in touch with you. Noone ever does! Not happy at all!

After Mr Matt got in touch with me as well as Mr. Jessie they had a new fridge delivered to me within a couple of days.
