New to the area, saw a commercial for this place and decided to check it out because my daughters and I love boutiques. Walked in and thought nice, we found a place like back home that carry’s brands of things we like. Was shopping around and the other CUSTOMERS were very sweet, but the owner was extremely unwelcoming. Im assuming she was the owner because I asked where the name of the store came from and she said very flatly “my grandkids call me that”. I’m not sure if it’s because my daughter is bi-racial or if it’s because my 2 year old son was with us as well but She watched us like we were going to steal something. I thought, “ok, just a VERY attentive shop owner, can’t blame her” but then I kept trying to break the obvious tension by chatting with her and she was just almost ignoring me. It was just a very awkward experience. I spent nearly $100 on a cute toy for my son and a gift for my daughter’s friend but I will not be back to support that business for the single reason that she was...

I walked into this beautiful place thinking to myself, ok, I’ll be supportive of our local businesses and just pop in and take a look, not really expecting anything much different from the “run of the mill” gift shop. But, WOW!! I mean WOW! That place was AWESOME! So much to look at on so many different levels, from gorgeous home decor items, including beautiful artwork to food novelties, to amazing clothing to children's EVERYTHING imaginable! I WILL certainly be frequenting this place. Prices are wonderful and so is the owner and staff!
