Was there the other day, and I was the 2d of 3 people in the store just a few minutes after they opened. The first person was a salesman; the 3d person was a pregnant customer. I won't bore you with the details, but I walked out after 20 minutes b/c the 2 employees spent almost the entire time talking with the pregnant customer who was talking solely about her pregnancy. I wasn't trying to listen to the conversation, but couldn't help it b/c the pregnant customer was so loud and I heard a heck of a lot more than i had any interest in hearing. The 2 employees didn't seem to have any training in how to assist more than 1 customer at any time, and more importantly, how to extricate themselves from a customer who was totally self-absorbed. I had asked the female employee about several things I wanted to do including having a ring custom-made and buying a gold chain for a pendant I brought with me. Altho I had asked her to show me some gold chains which she said she had in the back room, she never brought any out to me. I just finally walked out while they continued to chat with the pregnant customer. I said "I'll come back when you're not so busy." The employees didn't even respond. Just got proposed to a little over two weeks ago and I’m still over the moon with my ring! It’s elegant and classy yet bold at the same time. The ring was a custom made and sized 18k white gold with a 4.16 carats pear shaped diamond. It’s beautiful!

We recently went in a week ago to get a matching white gold band for him and I was able to personally meet the people behind the making of my engagement ring and the professionalism and dedication was outstanding. We were able to select his band and get it resized for him over the course of a few days. The entire JC Martin team is exceptionally skilled at customer service and their jewelry craft. They and my Fiance don’t know it yet but they’ve made a lifelong customer out of me. Can’t wait to tell my Fiance I want something from here for Christmas and all our future anniversaries!

After losing a significant amount of weight I needed my wedding ring and 2 costume rings resized. JC Martin Jewelers are local and just outside my neighborhood. Walked in and was greeted by the nicest staff. They resized my finger going from a size 9 down to a size 7!!! My wedding ring is a band and ring soldered together. My wedding ring is white gold, one costume ring was a 2 piece that I wanted soldered together and is rose gold & the other costume piece was just a silver overlay. They explained that the costume pieces might not come out as expected due to them being just costume jewelry with a colored overlay. I accepted that and proceeded to have them resized anyway. Well, I was in awe when I picked them up. Pure perfection!!! They looked perfect! My wedding ring was so clean & sparkled like I haven’t seen since it was put on my finger. The two costume pieces looked perfect and you would never know they were resized or soldered. All the rings now fit perfectly and I’m thrilled with the awesome results.
