Disappointed and Won’t Be Returning

I was really looking forward to a relaxing massage, but unfortunately the experience started off on the wrong foot. I was required to pay in full before the service even began, which felt impersonal and transactional. On top of that, there was a mandatory 30% tip minimum, which was not clearly communicated upfront.

When I got there to pay with card they said $3 fee for card which I said that's fine. They also said the minimum tip is $20 which I was like ok. Usually massage places don't tell you how much to tip which I thought was strange but I guess they had ppl that tipped less. Massage was ok. Had better and had worse. Massage didn't start till 7pm as I looked at the clock before we started but then we were finished with 10mins to spare. I provided them my card while I went to the bathroom so I guess they started the clock at 6.46pm vs 7pm. I know for next time. Overall an ok massage....

I called up and booked an appointment for 5pm, and when i got there, the lady at front desk said they were not available. I explained to her that i had booked for 5pm appointment. She said i need to wait for 30 minutes. Thats ridiculous! They do not acknowledged the agreed appointment. Stay away...
