Hot Topic — Local services in Lake Elsinore

A big shout out to Store Manager Lina! (If she is not the store manager, she should be.). She really went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. I had not been in a Hot Topic in about 7 years! She pointed out the current deals, got me signed up with an account prior to my first purchase, so I would begin obtaining points toward any future purchases. Hot Topic current promotions are phenomenal. Lina truly made me feel like an honored guest, all the while training a new hire, "Brad" who was also exceptionally pleasant and helpful. I am grateful I made these connections today, because this store is in a relatively small town and every friendly face I meet just adds to further quality interactions. Hot Topic is still FIRE! I wanted to give my review regarding my recent visit. I had an issue previously where items weren't available when we thought they were and had to wait in line again with scalpers when the items were ready to sell. The store manager did play fair to have first come first serve and honored 1 at a time to prevent issues like last time. I did show up first again since I'm a fan and of course the scalper came after later which the store manager told us one at a time. I was able to shop without dealing with unprofessional scalpers snatching items and being rude and of course when finish shopping the scalper was pissed and cussed at me but hey its all about fairness, something the scalper couldn't relate. I had an amazing experience at Hot Topic thanks to Nikki and her incredible team. From the moment I walked in, they were super friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Nikki and her staff made me feel like I was chatting with good friends rather than just shopping.

They were knowledgeable about the merchandise, quick to offer help, and genuinely passionate about what they do. Whether it was helping me find a specific item or recommending something new, they made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. And they finally had squirtle merch!
