I decided that by "Appeal" they meant the little doggie that was supervising all the people around this little shop. This is a tiny, busy building. They do canvas, upholstery and carpet so the shop is a mess, what do I care about that? Do I wish they were dusting instead of answering our calls promptly, no. Would I prefer a shiny counter to an installer that took off his shoes every dang time he got in our boat? Uhh heck no! Would I wish for a cappuccino machine and a stack of magazines rather than same day repairs that actually got us on the Lake instead of waiting? The point is this isn't an ambiance kind of place but they do their thing right. The seamstress knew the workings of our bimini so well that her repair made the rig nicer than the factory had it. We live five hours away and it was wonderful to get our canvas handled in a jiffy so we could play. I came in to ask about getting the pop-up portion of my 1989 Ford Bronco camper redone. Their website says they work on trucks and campers, so I figured this would be a good fit. The front desk lady was very friendly and helpful — I showed her pictures of the camper setup on my phone, and she brought them back to what I believe was the owner. The owner looked at the pictures for a split second and, without asking a single question or even giving me a quote, said, "It'll cost more than what the truck is worth." That was it.
