Iâm from out of town and come here for work. I recently started using this dispensary for the convenience it was for me for the commute in between one another. I just started smoking concentrates again away from flower. The first couple times Iâve came in I got amazing flavor and price for my dollar along customer service. Just recently on my last trip I decided to try the $10 concentrates. The one on the left tasted great with an exceptional smell and the one on the right is probably the most foul and unsettling taste following up with an odor that smells like burnt plastic or tar being lit. I just came in today to voice what happened to me after buying a few items i wasnât happy about and was going to buy more product but wasnât even followed with an apology or even a care which made me not want to continue with my transaction. The bud tender was happy to help me but shortly after me asking about the cheaper prices and about the B1G1 deals that are online they seemed irritated and annoyed because of me explaining the taste and smell of the wax i got. The bud tender proceeded to offer me products without telling me the price and when i asked how much it was their body language seem as if they were irritated which made me not want to ask any more questions and me ultimately leaving to avoid anymore confrontation. Came in today to buy some stiiizy pods and a few waxes and was told the strain i wanted wasnât there but online it shows its stock and the waxes are not B1G1 they are specifically only B2G1.    Read moreThere were three people behind the counter. Only one was half wearing a mask. A guy sitting on one side asked if he could help me. I asked him if he could put on a mask. He refused and told me to wait for someone else. That is when the person with the mask over her mouth only took it completely off.
I and the person with me both walked out.
I called the next day and asked to speak with the manager. The person on the phone claimed to be the manager. Nothing but excuses about people being tired of wearing a mask during the pandemic.
I spent my money somewhere else.
