Hands-down, the best experience I've ever had at a furniture store!!!! Tammy went over and beyond any sales person I've ever dealt with. She gave us space to browse and when we needed her, she was right there. We needed to get an earlier delivery day and she was able to pull that off, even though they were booked. Our furniture was delivered by Brad. He went over and beyond helping us out. We got a sectional, and we wanted a couple pieces taken out and moved around and they were more than happy to help us out. The next day we had a 600 pound solid side table delivered, and the guys really had to work to get that in my house. They did a great job and never complained! Tammy, if you read this review, I just want you to know that this company is very very lucky to have you. You did an excellent job and we appreciate all your help, advice and all your kindness! They are not just a great furniture store with amazing products that they have IN inventory; their customer service is unparalled. The sales associate who helped is Sarah. She went above and beyond at every turn to make sure we were happy. We were visiting Havasu and we popped in to look at patio sets even though it was the off season. They had a HUGE selection and affordably priced. We found a set we loved, rented a trailer and drove it back to Texas. Then when we realized we needed to add more pieces to the sectional, they honored the same great price, and and found an affordable way to drop ship it to us. Once again, they went above and beyond. Sarah is amazing and knows what she's doing! I highly recommend them for assortment, quality, style, price, availability and outstanding service. My parents have been shopping there since they built a house in Havasu! Now the next generation is continuing...

I am finally posting a review as I am done even trying to rectify my issues with almost $5000 purchase from lake Havasu Michael Alan after a year. I will not EVER purchase anything from them again. I exspressed my unhappiness to MANY at the store,Managers, OWNER receptionist..5 in total several times. They were all very sorry...So am I you lost my business and my respect. I will also share my experience with many. They werent even willing to make it right...so sad. Customer Service is not # 1 the sale is in my opinion. Couch and love seats are TAN we ordered GREY Also VERY Uncomfortable! And the issues I had with their Finance 1 year no intrest...I ended up just paying it off.
