In the spring of 2024, my wife and I traveled to the Lake of the Ozarks to determine if a long distance move to the area was a good choice for us. While there, we attended a number of open houses from Osage Beach to Springfield to see where we may fit best, and at one of these open houses, we met Realtor Rosa Powell. Rosa was very genuine and sweet to us during the open house and we decided to ask her to be our buyers agent. Over the course of three months, Rosa worked diligently to provide us with homes that fit our wants and needs.

After we had accumulated a list of homes that we thought could work for us, we traveled back out to Missouri and began viewing roughly 15 homes over a weekend. We were pleased with Deb Grant's care of us from the first phone call to the last signature.
