South Lake Stevens Grange — Local services in Lake Stevens

As the parent of a child who attends Glenwood Elementary I find it absolutely STUPID ridiculous that they won’t kindly let us park in there lot for 5 minutes to grab our children. The lady today came out and was following people yelling at them that they can’t park there and told them to learn to read. I would understand if they had events going on there daily and needed the available parking, but in the last year in the 180 days of school there was an event maybe 3 times they had filled the parking lot on a week day for an event. Confused why it’s such a big deal when it’s not being used otherwise. We have no where else to park, heaven forbid we need to park for 5 minutes to grab our kids. They’ve now gone as fas an blocking the parking lot so we can’t even turn around. I would understand if they had events going on there daily and needed the available parking, but last year in the 180 days of school there was MAYBE 10 times they had filled the parking lot on a week day for an event.
