This Burger King is completely inconsistent and this last time we will be coming here. We placed a mobile order through the BK app for us to pick up in the drive thru. When I arrived at the speaker, I gave the FULL name associated with the order and was told to pull forward. After a 15 minute wait, we got to the window. There was complete confusion so the window asked the kitchen. Robert stepped out and, rather than listen to anyone's explanation including the other employees, man-splain & yell over everyone that we have to tell them the name when we're at the speaker when we pull up so they know to make it. We did. They asked us to pull around so they could make it so we did. When they came out to the car, the order was wrong. Two of the sandwiches were correct type of the 4 and there were no fries or drinks. The employee went back in to try to fix it. I watched Robert arguing with the other employees. She came out a second time and there are still no drinks. I asked if we can just have a refund at this point and she refused because they "are too busy training" and she "is just filling in here." She went back in to get the drinks and began yelling at the other employees before the door was closed. After another 5-10 minutes, she returned with everything and 2 pies as an apology. I was going to let everything go because we at least got the food in the end however we arrived home to discover every sandwich of the meal was wrong: 2 bacon cheeseburgers with no pickles came out as bacon cheeseburgers with only ketchup, impossible whopper came out missing onions, ketchup, and mustard, spicy chi'king deluxe came out as non-spicy and missing everything except so much mayo it was leaking out of both the paper wrapper and bag. Drive through Lane BLOCKED OFF and front doors LOCKED at 2:15 p.m. MONDAY AFTERNOON 😔 made a phone call inside the establishment to see if and when service would resume, a RUDE woman answered the phone and proceeded to chastise me as if I was the issue or my phone call was not important. After three CUSS WORDS FROM THE EMPLOYEE to me while looking directly at me outside the front doors she then hung up on me complaining that it wasn't her fault. I normally try not to leave reviews for my local establishments. I like to give them multiple opportunities for good service and or am a little frightened of retribution perhaps lol. But this time around I had to write something. I've NEVER been spoken to let alone cussed at the way I was today😡 and I don't ever recall seeing a Burger King CLOSED for BUSINESS in the middle of the day with ZERO signage explaining the issue. I will use this BK again but cautiously, maybe a last resort. A darn shame, used to be owned and operated by a family named the Gettemys...... Not sure what's...

I had to repeat my order three times at the drive thru, the person taking my order could not get my order correct. When I finally got my order in, the server at the window didn’t know what was items went with my order and what went in the car behind me. Note: that I had two burgers that were special ordered.
By the time I got back to my home and started distributing the food to my family, I noticed that the food was already cold (I live about 5 minutes away) and the special ordered burgers had the order reversed from what I ordered( I.e. ordered no onions, got a burger with only onions)
When I looked at the receipt given to me, so I could call the restaurant, I noticed that they gave me the merchant copy (with no phone number or info needed to fill out the online survey.) Girl on the phone only said that they were sorry and that they would do better next time.
There will be no next time for quite a while, I’m not eating there...
