Read moreListen.. I LOVE the work they do, but the communication is the worse. And its sad. I placed a standard small order of shirts november 22 and Basically had to remind them to print them. When they finally started production, I was emailed DECEMBER 14th to tell me they messed up the printing on the order and offered a discount. OK fine...They said We only have to print 4 more. I agreed and told me Friday they would ship out the 17th. I reiterated that this was for a business. They guaranteed arrival before Christmas. I followed up because the business reached out to me for ETA, Culture STILL have not sent out the order and said the shirts are still in Production... 4 shirts in production for a week keep in mind today is 12/21. These shirts have a 4 inch logo in the front and was supposed to have a small logo on the back in which they messed up. On top of all that... THEY WERE GOING TO SEND IT TO ME WHEN I CLEARLY HAVE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS LABELED TO FLORIDA!!!
Oh thats the tip of the ice burg. I ordered hoodies and these were delayed and once I picked them up.... THEY WERE PRINTED WRONG even after correcting them on the correct print type. I know what the initial excuse would be... but chew on tis.... I used this company in the HEART of the pandemic and communication/production was not even this lackluster. Culture Studios does not care about small brands or small orders. If you are a tour merch manager, then you have all their attention. Rich, the owner, should maybe clean up his employees as they don’t know how to handle things accordingly.
I ordered 25 sleeveless shirts, DTG printed.
It only took about 1.5 months from sending the artwork to production.
Upon receiving my order, I opened the box, to notice 18 out of 25 shirts had this stain. I’m sure it’s pretreatment they used before DTG print, as I myself own a DTG printer and am familiar with the process.
I made it known to CS, and Gabriella, about the order. I was told multiple times, that the QC was okayed before sent and the shirts had no stains. They provided one photo with a shirt stainless, but couldn’t provide all the others. Well, CS and their employees had the audacity to say for the most, that I was lying about the whole situation. I kept asking them for a resolution, and they kept insisting me to send the shirts and pay my balance off. They wanted their money before fixing this problem.
They refused to refund me until I opened a complaint via BBB. Sucks I had to do that, but I just want people to know to take their money elsewhere as I had my online orders delayed , cancelled and even...
