I tried the brisket sandwich, got it with fries and a canned soda, spent $18 and change.

The brisket sandwich is sliced, not chopped. I’ve never had brisket thinly sliced in a sandwich. It was tasty, kinda reminded me of Italian beef meat. You only get one choice of bbq sauce, I ordered mine on the side since I like to control the amount that goes on my sandwich. I was surprised how good the bbq sauce was! The right amount of sweet, smokey and salt. I would’ve liked it to have a little bit more heat to it. Crinkle cut fries were okay, nothing special.

Would I go back for it? Yes. A little bit pricey for the Southside but at least I know what to expect and I don’t mind it. They also have daily specials which are decent deals. I give it a 3.5 star but since I don’t have that option then 4 stars is fine.

They also sell Vienna products inside like hot dogs, polish sausage and salami. And posters lol for $20, but they don’t have a display to see which posters...

My ticket number was #279 the customer behind me was #280 I watched the young lady who took both of our orders give ticket #280 fresh fries out of the grease & give him his order first, she gives me the fries that had been sitting for a while. I told her I would like fresh fries too. She sat my bag to the side where the food would not be kept warm & dropped some fresh fries, I asked why would you give me the colder fries & I ordered before him & she lied to me in my face with a chuckle stating "they were all from the same batch. I really just hated my service 😟☹️😞 really just don't know how...
