I love John's fine furniture store. The customer service is awesome. I love the husband and wife team. I purchased a leather sofa and loveseat for my basement, just in time to have it delivered for Christmas. Many of my friends and family has since bought sofas, dressers and bedroom sets. The quality and warranty is outstanding. I love the conversation and attention given to each customer. You are able to make installments and delivery is available. A friend recommended this awesome store years ago and I have been a customer ever since. I have bought a fair amount of furniture from them and can honestly say they have fantastic furniture that holds up even with growing kids. Peggy and Wally are the nicest people to work with. You almost have to go there weekly as they always have new pieces brought in. Sold me the wrong mattress size then they didn’t want to exchange it or return it made me buy a new one cause it was out of plastic but then they deliver one that I had to re buy and they put 2 pieces of plastics together to wrap it then the back of it was dirty then told me it was ripped and dirty from the truck totally disappointed in them after I been a customer for over a few years..but I would never recommend anyone to them after this and will never shop with them again Sad how they do there customersVERRY...
