I sent a gift of a plaque and a plant to a wake. I ordered this by the phone as I did not live close by. I specifically asked for a plant that was blooming. I was told they had some and they would choose one. I also wanted a sympathy plaque included. I also asked for a sympathy card with a simple message included. I was told all of these things would be possible. When I checked my card, it was about $25 more than I was expected. Not a big problem as I assumed what was prepared was nice. When I attended the wake I saw our gift that was prepared. It was all green; no blooms. The card had nothing, not even “with sympathy”, besides the name the gift was charged to. This card was the biggest disappointment as the receivers wouldn’t have known who it was all from if I hadn’t told them. The plague was not made part of the arrangement as I expected. It was set apart; no way of knowing who it was from. Overall, I paid way too much for a weak fulfillment...

HORRIBLE SERVICE ! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I rarely leave reviews but my experience was so bad I felt the need to leave it. I ordered a very pricey arrangement for my best friends birthday. It was a tulip arrangement and it’s her favorite flower so I thought it would be worth it. Not only did it look nothing like the photo but they substituted the tulips with carnations and DID NOT NOTIFY ME. I paid $80+ for carnations. Had they had the decency to notify me I could’ve changed them to roses at least. They did not bother to tell me and didn’t apologize and never answered the phone when I called to complain. Do not order , THEY RIP YOU OFF AND SEND DIFFERENT FLOWERS but charge you regular price without warning you or giving you a chance to change your order. THE WORST flower shop...

Flowers were pretty, but service was very very unprofessional! They called and asked me if I could come pick up the flowers that I was getting for mothers day that I didn't know about. So rude to ruin the surprise, and not to mention the fact that they paid for delivery of the flowers, not for me to make a trip to town to come and get them! Then they called 4 times, yes 4 times and left a message because they couldn't find our house. Get a GPS this is 2016! There was no apologies for calling so much or anything just complaint about the directions. So pretty flowers but don't plan on surprising...
