Pizza Ranch — Restaurant in Lake Township

I would never ever order from here or any pizza ranch again. I ordered food for pick up and I tried to call them and they didn't bother to answer the phone 30 minutes prior to them closing. They told me they don't answer the phone close to closing at 9... yet when I call buffalo wild wings 30 minutes prior to them closing they always answer...I asked them if they could credit back the 2 items they missed in my order and the employee said that the manager said they couldn't do that? So I had no choice but to go and pick up the 2 items that were missing because they couldn't do anything else about it. Awhile back they didn't even cook the chicken all the way that I ordered and I called and spoke to the manager and they said they could credit the amount for that back to me... this place always has ignorant employees working here especially when I doordash and pick up orders from here employees always seem to not care and just ignore you. Please train your management and employees...

The atmosphere is nice with plenty of seating to suit your family size. The small game room is great for the kids as well. Now comes my issues: OPTIONS. First, not too many kids want a buffet filled with out-of-the-ordinary pizzas. This particular visit had chicken alfredo(?), BBQ chicken either onion, taco, and a veggie pizza. The only 'normal' pizza was cheese. This is not the first time this has occurred. Secondly, the buffet runs the same timeframe every day: why are you running out of pizza? Why are you running out of cheesesticks? Third is cleanliness. The entire place was a mess at 5:30....two employees were chatting at the register and two were just taking their break. I was VERY close to wiping down my own table. Again.....buffet runs at the same times every day. When this location is on point, it is some of the best. If this was my first time visiting a pizza ranch, I wouldn’t give them a second try. The lady “greeting” you at the till had only prickly expressions on her face every time I saw her in there whether it was in the restroom or when she was standing in front of the coffee dispenser. Selections were minimal compared to all other pizza ranches I’ve visited and the chicken fries were so stale it felt like you were chewing rubber. I know lunch is probably slower but that’s no reason to serve old, cold food. The only reason I give it two stars is the friendly smiling man who kept our table clear and the one slice of pizza that was good. Would not return to this pizza ranch if we’d be in...
