Brought both my daughters here on separate occasions for their ear piercings, my oldest got her 2nd holes which ended up infected despite us cleaning as instructed. We ended up removing them and the holes closed. My youngest had hers done, they started getting inflamed, we just kept working with them cleaning more and they were good. One a separate occasion we brought my oldest daughter back for her cartilage hoping we’d have a different than the first time (as my sister has been here and never had issues), it ended up with a large bump on the back of the pierced area (like the cartilage was just pushed out of the way) and ended up infected despite cleaning...

After YEARS of trying to decide where to get my daughters' ears pierced I finally read reviews for this place and we decided today was the day (based on the great reviews). My girls (8 and 9) were nervous but Myra and Nesha were AWESOME! They walked us through what would happen, showed the girls the device used to pierce, and once we approved the spots for their earrings, they did it! They were so encouraging and sweet with the girls, and the earrings went in beautifully!! We're almost a month into the healing process, doing the spray daily, and things look great.

We had such a great experience at Banter in Eagle Ridge Mall! Michelle pierced all four of my kids’ ears, and she was absolutely wonderful. She made each of them feel comfortable and calm, explaining everything step by step so they weren’t nervous. The store was clean, professional, and welcoming, and Michelle’s patience and kindness really stood out.
