GameStop — Local services in Lake Wales

The old lady that works in the store does not want to help she thinks she is the Pokémon professor of this location alongside her assistant the young guy that was at the register, I wanted to trade my psp and she sent me to the 80s arcade shop when I wanted to use it as credit for a game and become a gamestop member. I asked about the game and she ignored me completely rushing like she had somewhere else to be, I went to another gamestop in Clermont and got it all done plus became a new member I'm never coming back here ever I hope they get fired and a new nicer...

I come here sometimes with my husband. He looks for games for his PS3 and I like to look at the nintendo switch games and plushies & blindboxes. We rarely ever buy anything but I was pleasantly surprised to see they had the Littlest Pet Shop blind boxes!! And the boxes were still in tact (at walmart they’re completely destroyed from people trying to see which lps it is). They also had some nice t shirts clearanced for $5. The vibe in here is always nice and the workers are super chill...

Do not go to this store the manager is rude and hangs up on you. They messed up my order and will not fix the issue. My kids are sick with the flu and they are demanding I come into the store to swap out the order. Even though they delivered it wrong. That manager is disgusting and I will never shop there again. Not to mention he says this happens...
