Too many people "hanging" outside El Bodegón. Inside the store I had to ask 4 employees where to find Ensure. First, none of these people spoke good enough English to properly communicate. Second, they had no way of looking up to see if they carried this "English" product! As a company, you owe your customers good service that the customer understand.
