Capri Pizza of Lake Worth — Restaurant in Lake Worth Beach

I used to come here for pizza in highschool 15+ years ago. And it was great, close to NY style pizza. So I was stoked to find out they now offer delivery to my area. Unfortunately the food quality has definitely changed. A previous review on here wrote rubbery pizza and undercooked wings, which was my exact experience as well. No where near NY style anymore and wings were barely even browned on the outside. Luckily I was at home and could throw my wings in the air fryer to fully cook the rest of the way, but the pizza was rubbery and did not taste fresh at all. Also side note, they didn't agree to deliver to me until I told them the price of what I wanted. This is a take out place. I’ve always passed this place driving by. Reluctant to try it because there’s only a couple spots for parking you would need to park somewhere and walk or ask for delivery. But you grew up in Jersey or NYC you know, pizza is great when it just came out of the over. I was skeptical because I am picky with pizza. The pizza was very yummy, the Italian salad was fantastic, garlic bread was better than the fancy Italian places in palm beach county, and the lasagna I ordered was fantastico and I finished all of it in one sitting. I don’t remember the last time I had great lasagna. This place has been around for four decades. What does this tell you? So happy to find this hidden gem especially when I was starving coming home from work on a Friday evening. So yummy....

He's been there for 40 years I think that says enough always the best from a simple Italian combo toasted with Italian dressing to the gigantic massive pizzas that he serves the best kept secret in Lake Worth this place deserves deserves recognition from Emeril Lagasse and that Ramsey guy or that fat dude that drives around all over the place eating at restaurants put them on TV they deserve it this place deserves shots will be the best pizza on the planet I'm going to start delivering pizza on Mars he'll have that locked down to it's just good Pizza aliens like pizza just ask all the people live in...
