Subway (El Bodegon Plaza) — Restaurant in Lake Worth Beach

STAY AWAY!! Terrible Customer Service by Diane and Regine (they claim thats their name).

I was there Nov 7th 2018 around 6:15pm

Two young ladys by the name of Regine and Diana wouldn't let me use the bathroom.

They claimed i needed to buy something. I said "thats fine but i need to use the bathroom 1st", as i really needed to go. I told them i would buy something as soon as i stepped out the bathroom and they WOULDNT LET ME IN ANYWAYS. Ridiculous.

"Diane" said the bathroom was "locked". I asked the register girl Regine for the key and she wouldnt respond. I bought some potatoe chips to get it out of the way and afterwards they told me to just go to the bathroom. It was open, so they basically lied to me.

I was so upset I left and didnt even consider buying the sandwich.

I love subways in general. Its my first time in this one.....NEVER GOING BACK to this location

I had never had a bad experience at a Subway until going to this one. Cashier short changed me $10 and insisted that I gave him a $10 when I know for a fact I gave him $20. Asked to speak to manager who was not in the store but on the phone. She was rude and did everything but call me a liar. I asked that the cash drawer be counted down in my presence, which was a joke... The cashier was counting on his fingers. I have never been so ticked off. I've worked in customer service/cashier before, whenever a drawer is short you have a coworker count it down. Doesn't say much about a franchise owner who leaves inexperienced kids to run their establishment. Needless to say I will never go there again and I will warn others to beware. I will also notify the home office. Bad service, rude management and dishonest employees does not...
