Pizza Palace — Restaurant in Lake Worth Beach

I'd leave a zero star review if I could. I ordered a pizza and was told it would be 40 minutes. An hour goes by so I call to see where my pizza was and was told it was on the way. Another 30 minutes goes by so I call again and was told it should get to me soon. My pizza gets to my house and it's cold. Then to top it off the driver instead of giving me my receipt that has my full card info takes it with her. I call them back and the lady puts the owner on the phone I explain to him that i was told 40 minutes and it took double that time for me to get a cold pizza and that the lady took my card info with her. Keep In mind I'm talking to him nicely and he tells me what do you want me to do. So then he says fine, I'll give you a free pizza but don't call here again and next time call someone who will get there in 30 minutes and give you a hot pizza. Was across parking lot at grocery store, wanted something to eat. Went into the pizza palace to get a slice with two friends. While inside decided to get some got sandwiches instead. At first ordered to go then we decided we wanted to eat in. We sat ate the bar waiting for our food which came in to boxes. We opened the boxes and began to eat. The owner/employee who was getting frozen food out of the freezers behind the bar said you cannot eat here because of the to go boxes. He said they are expensive. We got up and walked out. Placed a large order for the family tonight. The calzone had practically no filling, excessive cheese and was very undercooked. The dough in the middle was raw. When we called to complain the cook was very rude and grudgingly agreed to remake the calzone. This one was also horrible. Called again. The cook was even more rude and apparently looking for a fight. One of the sandwiches was ordered without tomatoes. Good thing it was a preference and not an allergy. The workers don't care.
