ATTENTION: My career requires I wear business casually/professional everyday. I have Lived in Lakeland for 2 and 1 half years and tried several tailors/alteration persons. Not one of them was able to achieve the modern tapered 1/4 length break I desired for my pants. What’s more, others all but destroyed expensive garments by their lack of abilities. Enter store owner Neville...... at 32 years old I have never once experienced a tailor with the ability/talent he has. He barely even had to measure me and everything came out perfectly. I went back three separate times with multiple garments each time. Not once was I dissatisfied. If you are on the “other side of town” make the drive. The area is not great, but I had nothing but a fantastic experience both on drop off and pickup.. I needed to have the sleeves and bottom hem of my gown adjusted so the dress would fit me best and be appropriate for a beach wedding. Neville's experience and confidence in what adjustments to make put me at ease right away. He expertly pinned the sleeves to have a snug, secure fit, and he trimmed down the bottom material of my dress so that it sat just above my toes, ensuring I would be able to move safely and easily through sand. The final hem was reinforced and styled better than how the dress originally came!

Wow! Neville is AMAZING! I care for an elderly relative and she suffers from incontinence, but she refuses to wear diapers or even pads in her underwear. I wanted to get her some of that special underwear that is washable and has absorbent material sewn directly into it, but she is also a very large woman and no one makes that underwear in a large enough size for her. I took a pair of her regular underwear to Neville and all of the necessary fabrics (outer, lining, absorbent material and waterproof material to prevent leaking) and asked if he could make a pair from scratch. He cautioned me that he does alterations, not creating garments from scratch, but he was willing to give it a try. And, WOW! He did an INCREDIBLE job! I highly recommend Neville and I will be giving him all of my business...
