1 star for cleanliness and 1 for food, Customer service is awful, walked in and wasnt greeted by any of the three workers that I could see from the counter so I turned around and ordered from the kiosk. then went to a table. after about 2-3 minutes I decided to go get my drinks while waiting for the food. Went back up to the counter and again waited about 5 minutes for a girl to come over and "apologize for the wait" she thought I needed to order. I told her I just wanted my cups, she said I'm sorry we dont get receipts for the kiosk, which neither did I because it doesnt print receipts it email or texts you the receipt. I just told her what I ordered and she gave me the two cups. I filled me and my daughters drinks and sat back down to wait to be called. On the kiosk it tells you to find a seat and wait for your name to be called. again another 2-3 minutes go by and no name call. So I turned around and our order was just sitting up there. It took 10-12 minutes to get our food and there was only one other person in the lobby that ordered. The food itself was good quality, it was hot and fresh and prepared well. If there is any other manager there you're gonna wait awhile and your order most likely won't be correct( for the most part). Management makes a HUGE difference and it's very obvious to see, who knows how to hold their role well and who does not. That being said I placed a order last week online. I arrived at 730 and did not leave with my food until 815. They were focused on the drive through and I went inside to pick up. They had my order ready and waiting for some of the time I waited but lack of communication between management and employees caused my order to sit and get cold.
