EDIT: Since writing my first review 5 years ago, MANY things have changed here! It has changed ownership numerous times and it has been under current owners care for a least a year or so. The customer service use to be outstanding and employees so helpful...now they all seem like they hate their job, the girl with glasses who seems to be the "manager" literally runs off all the employees and customers too! She has a nasty attitude and every time I go there she has a problem with something! They got rid of the nice long stainless sink out back to wash your hands at and replaced it with a broken plastic tiny sink that is 1/16 of the size of the old one. They rush you out of the lot WELL before their closing time. And they will add the "extended warranty"( more $) to every part without even asking! Nearly every part now has "core charges" even unheard of plastic parts now have cores. And when you bring your part to counter you better make sure you don't have any connectors, hoses, wires, or ANYTHING else attached to it because they will charge you for every little thing! And one of the biggest problems is how they have(and continue) to raise the prices of astronomically high! Some parts are better ordering NEW online, bc the NEW parts are cheaper than the ones you have to pull off cars yourself!!

"I was extremely impressed! Vehicles are all raised so it's easy to access parts, and sit in clearly visable numbered rows. They also have brand new wheelbarrows and shopping carts to push along the freshly paved asphalt making the whole experience a lot easier, and their prices can't be beat! I got a quote on a part and they're $35-45 cheaper than any other you- pull in the area. Very well set up and organized from the "yard" to the office building and a friendly customer oriented staff. I went to this location to get a rim for my daughters car being that she was involved in a car accident just this morning, thank god she is ok and there was no major damage to the car except that the tire's rim got damaged, it was bent and could not be fixed. when i went in i explained this to the gentleman in the front Jason, aldo he was very nice he did not explain to me the policy about returning the items i purchase from them. I bought the rim and tire and all he told me was about a $1 warranty but no other explanation was given. I assume he thought I knew. I took the tire and went back to see if i can change the tire and take the car out of the impound they had it, being they charge by the day and also being my daughter only has liability insurance, it would not cover the impound stay. I read the return policy and it said i had 7 days to take the item back, I went back with 30 minutes of buying the tire and when I got there i was told that i could not return the tire and that if i left it there i would be charged a fee to dispose of it. Is a friking junk yard, I left the tire and lost out on $35 that i paid for the tire. I was in a hurry and dint want to spend any time trying to argue with the people there. Being that my priority was getting the tire to get my daughters car out of the impound. I was so disappointed that I had explained the situation to jason and all I got was an im sorry and by the way you dint get the warranty so i cant do anything. My advise is you never know who you are dealing with or what is wrong in a persons life, sometimes a little kindness and understanding goes a long way. I had the car in shirahs towing, I told the owner on how these people treated me and how they were unsympathetic about my issue. First off this COMPANY is not even credited by the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU and their workers are the most unprofessional, incompetent people to walk the planet. We needed a motor for my car. They had 8 of the same vehicles I needed, and all 8 motors were bad. I then put myself in a waiting list for when a motor came in for my car. I waited 3 1/2 weeks, want and got the motor. Paid for the motor and paid to have the motor pulled and then put into my car. After putting the motor in the car, we discovered that the head gasket is blown in the motor I bought. When I called up there to talk to them the employee Michael answered the phone, I proceeded to tell him the situation. He informed me they don't have another motor for my vehicle and will not give me my money back. I told Michael that this was my only vehicle, I already waited 3 1/2 weeks for this motor, and because you don't have another vehicle with my motor, you want me to sit and wait for a motor to come in but you don't know when that will be. I have no vehicle, to twin 2 year old boys, have no way to work. After being laughed at my Michael (the professional he is) I asked to speak to the manager. Bethany, the manager got on the phone, and her customer service skills were even worse then Michaels. They all seem to enjoy screwing people over by selling them bad motors, and then refusing to give you your money back or or the product you paid for! SO BE WARE!!!!
