Drivers entrance says Saddle Creek, but you're in the right place for Refresco Beverage. Just follow along the left until you get to the opening on your right that says receiving dock. Up the stairs is the check in for Refresco. This was my first time here and the load was a drop off for me, so I can't attest to live unload timing, but the place wasn't busy at all. Evidently, I arrived around lunchtime (11:25a.m.) because there was a sign in the check in area that said, "will be back in 30 minutes." So I guess lunch is from 11-11:30a.m. Signed the sheet at the bottom of the steps as instructed, and waited for them to return. If you are due a 34 hours reset then and only then should you accept a load to or from Refresco in this small lot with empty trailers & drivers waiting everywhere! They will only give you excuses as to why you can't get loaded or unloaded ex. "We only have 1 person loading & unloading" HEY Refresco raise the wages for your employees in order for the business to maintain GOOD employees who want to work & be more Productive and get the drivers rolling again...

Truck drivers avoid this place. They open at 7am I arrived at 7:30a.m. and I got a door at 5:30p.m. unloaded by 8p.m. You will sit here for hours due to them unloading 1 truck at a time. Luckily there are places in walking distance to get food. If you're not there by 6 a.m. be prepared to wait. It takes them 3 hours to unload a truck. So if you're number 3 do the math.
