I appreciate your consideration and your openness to feedback. 09/07/25- In reply to the owner’s response: I believe you may have me confused with someone else. The staff has not had to ask me directly to stop shopping so they could leave. I usually visit about once a week on Saturdays, typically around 10:30 AM, because I work during the week. The only time I came in later this week, I purchased and left before others. I have not been the one attempting late entries or causing stress for your staff. On Saturday, I didn’t give staff a hard time, nor was I the person who asked “why” the store was closing early — that was someone else, and the staff explained it openly. I simply left quietly.
My frustration wasn’t with your employees — they’ve always been kind and hardworking. It was with the lack of communication about the early closure. Customers plan their day and time to shop based on the hours you post. A quick Facebook update or a sign at the door could have prevented the disappointment and made things easier on your staff (so they wouldn’t be the ones stuck delivering the news).
I respect the challenges of running a small business and noted that your staff give more than 100% every day. What I didn’t expect was to be labeled as a “troublemaker” and told not to return, instead of having my concern addressed. Feedback doesn’t need to be met with hostility; it can be an opportunity to improve.
Original comment 09/05/25: Went in today by 12:30 because on Saturdays it's posted on Facebook (and on their door) that last person in at 12:30, for a 2PM close... This is my 2nd time in this week, where they announce that they "have to close early". On Thursday, their reason to close early was because they had a lot more to clean/straighten up. Today it was because they had a lot to do and they were one person short staffed and they'd been their since 8AM. The staff person that was out today had been (for weeks now) saying how they were taking this weekend off, so they knew this person would be out. I don't know, but in my work history, when you have a planned out, you get staff to take their place so you can stay open and manage your work. How frustrating it is to plan your day only to get told to get in line right as you walk in the door. The staff is nice, but this business model of not having regard for keeping their posted hours is ridiculous. They could've posted on Facebook that today they'd be closing early. They could've posted signs at their store that they'd be closing early today. They had weeks to prepare for the staff person...
Read moreI agree with the great deals and prices. I don't agree with the owner replying back to someones bad review that they are slandering their business and they are just competetors because they think the staff is rude. I am a real customer and the staff members can be rude but it's usually towards people that they have to yell at because their kids are jumping in the bins or tearing stuff open. Update: Ive had multiple great experiences here because the workers are very attentive and helpful and want you to get the best deals!! They are always friendly with me and probably because I don't come in screaming and cussing at...
Read moreI really like the whole concept and the products were surprisingly decent. Like I got 3 bras in my size and the brand is the one target sells, so it's not too bad, heck I've gotten way way worse at Sears or jc pennys. And the best /worst part was I GOT THEM FOR 2 BUCKS (I went on a Thursday - obviously, well obvious to those who know of the store. Reason I say best and WORST is because if I had simply waited until the following day I could've gotten them for 1 dollar, but since they NORMALLY go for around 40 a piece, I guess paying $4 for 3 was a great deal!! 2 were...
