I wish I could give this place 0 stars but that wasnt a choice.... I am from out of town and had a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE Sunday evening and now just came back again today to give them a second chance and it must just be this specific store but they have ABSOLUTELY 0 customer service and professionalism about them, except for the Manager Rene, who took care of my issue from Sunday night. Representative Ryan in drive thru kept telling me he "didnt know" when asking about menu items and such. He pulled the debit card pin machine right out of my hand, was staring at me in an un-professional manner, didnt know whuch drink was which, when handing them to us, and the whole order was incorrect on a $32.00 order. Now today, Wed Nov 20th, the Hispanic female employee that took my order for my sons jr. bacon cheeseburgers, PLAIN, answered her CELL PHONE after tellung me the amount I owed. I waited a few secinds for her to get off the phone and then she answered it again!! Another employee after I told the employee that it was super unprofessional to answer her cell phone stated it was the manager calling her... I don't carecwho was, calling, I'm a customer and you shouldnt have your phone out at all. They have a store phone number, for just that, if a manager needed to get ahold of an employee. Also,, how do people not understand what plain means. She asked me 3 times after I stated 2 jr. Bacon cheesburgers, PLAIN, just meat, cheese and bacon. "No sauce?" Duh! no sauce did I mention sauce when I repeated just meat, chrese and bacon? Maybe if she wasn't on her phone she would have heard me. But there also was another male employee cheering and hollering in the kitchen as well. All in all 2 horrible experiences at this establishment. :-( ....... 1,000,000%...

I was in the drive through, i started making my order, a med #11 curly frys & a diet coke, a med oreo shake, med strawberry shake, med onion ring 7 piece jali..." when i got told oh hold on wait. She bearly spoke English. Then my order started coming up on the screen. It ended at the shakes, and was wrong. I said the #11 was Curley fry and diet coke. She started ringing another #11. I said no the one u already have. then she gave me my total, i said im not done yet, i still want my onion ring, 7 piece jalapeno and 2 tacos. When i got to the window, she gave me my drinks, and my whole oreder was in ONE BAG. Then when she handed me my stuff i asked her to use 2 bags so it doesnt tip and make a mess in my car. my drink was wrong and she had to fix that. I asked for bbq ranch and taco sauce, she gave me my bbq haned me the bags and said bbq and what..? and my onion rings were missing. So i went in and literally every person in there was Hispanic and bearly spoke English. I stood there for 4 minutes before the one looks at me and goes, are u ready to order, i said i already did, and im missing food. So she looks over and goes oh it will be up in just a second. I told her that evey time i go in there somethig is wrong and she said well u should stop coming in, i said NO YOU SHOULD STOP GETTING STUFF WRONG. Another gentleman was in there also asking for a manager, and she said yea i am one. Honestly ive worked at this same jack in the box and i know damn well, its not that hard to get an order right. Im beyond irritated. I like jib food but honestly if they mess up my order literally every time, who else do they...
Read moreQuit going to this place many years ago because the workers were spun, and the food was terrible. When I went to Burger King the grill was down and couldn't order a Whopper. Figured it has been a long time since I've been to Jack In The Box, and seeing their ridiculous commercials on tv I would give it another try. Going there yesterday just re-affirmed why I quit going in the first place .
First was placing the order. Gentleman spoke terrible English and spoke so fast like he was stressed that I couldn't understand what he was saying. Just for two hamburgers, (two buttery burgers) and nothing else, I was shocked to see that it came to almost $15.00. Fast food isn't reasonable at Jack In The Box anymore. Had I would have known that I could have bought the hamburger and cooked it at home.
It took almost 20 minutes to get my order and it was super hot outside. When I got to the window, there was no one there for at least five minutes, with the gentleman that took my order going back and forth out of the area where you couldn't see anything. I'm assuming he was also cooking? There was only one other worker I saw but she was outside in the front doing some janitorial when I pulled in. Then she came in and assisted with bagging up food.
Hamburgers were terrible, dry, and flat tasting. Meat on both burgers were rubbery and overcooked like it was cooked ahead of time and stored. Cheese wasn't even melted on the meat. For $15 dollars this should be called the "ultimate ripoff"
Bye Jack, nice to...
