Jitter Bean — Restaurant in Lakeport

I have only had to take my coffee back once for not being very hot. I was ok with coffee and prices were reasonable until I went to get coffee this morning and they raised the price of the coffee I usually get not just by a few cents but by a whole 60 cents. That's a huge increase for my budget. That was pretty upsetting. I am very disappointed in that increase. I probably will not be getting coffee there as often. I have waited in their line for up to 20 minutes at a time. That didn't bother me too much as their prices were reasonable. But now there's no way I will sit in that line for that much of an increase on their coffee. It seems that the money has become a priority instead of a customers satisfaction. It's really too bad that they did that. You know what they say about a bad word getting around faster than a good one. Maybe they'll think about what they've done and fix it. Is be more than happy to change my review...

Now this is the best place, by far, to get coffee around Lake County. Their coffee is the smoothest, richest tasting coffee - worth the drive. And even though, if you pull up, there's a long line, trust me... You'll never wait an obsurd amount of time. The max I've waited is 15 min, and that was about 6 cars ahead of me. They have line runners who place orders ahead of time, and it speeds things up exponentially.

They have a punch card that I absolutely love. It makes going there more worth it because spending the $50 on 10 coffees is worth it. I love my coffee and punch cards are always my go to in referring coffee shops.

The staff is always professional and friendly, never overly chatty. I love this coffee shop and it's slowly moved into the 1st place spot on my list....

Long drive, stopped in Mt Shasta to look for a cup of coffee. Lo and behold, there was the cutest little coffee shop right there, Jitter Bean. Yeah! I felt so happy when the owner said she knew exactly what I meant when I described what I felt like drinking. And she Nailed it! I will definitely be back every time I drive by, and I tell others. I wish I would have caught her name, but the barista and owner, she was incredibly nice and we laughed about stuff. Probably one of the best cups of coffee on the road you can get. All the way...
