Audio Exchange is a local gem that I fully support. The last time I had a stereo system at all was over 30 years ago. This is the first time I stepped into this store, having the drive to listen to good music other than coming from a small JBL speaker, or my earphones from the iPhone. Dave , Donny, and the whole support crew including the technicians, Garrett and Herrick were all professional, kind, and honest. Back in the day, stereo systems had few names that were top of the list. Today, it's mind boggling to see all of the choices, and what fits your needs for the present. It's like buying a car! Dave listened to what I wanted, what my budget was, and was very explanatory without being "above" me. I felt very comfortable, and automatically knew I was in good hands. He set me up with a turntable, amp, speakers, stands, and bluetooth receiver. The quality of the sound is simply amazing!! If it weren't for sunny days, I'd never leave the house! That's how good the sound is! The discounts I received were like none other! Believe me, I researched the whole system before buying it, and couldn't come close to Dave's deal. The technicians that came to the house were simply amazing. They were perfectionists, and even hid the cables beautifully. What they didn't have to do, but did, was spend time (no charge) to reconnect an old TV sound system to a smart TV, which was basically collecting dust. This wasn't even part of what I bought! Within a week from purchase, a phenomenal system is now in place. So, before you buy from big companies like Crutchfield, Bestbuy, or Amazon, remember:

1. Audio Exchange gives great discounts.
2. They are experts at putting a system together to meet your needs and your budget.
3. The service and set-up is local and amazing, so anytime you have a question, or need something, they are right here! You're not gonna get that from companies online.
4. You are supporting a local business! OK... enough talking. Back to...

After researching and thinking about an upgrade to my DIY home theater I decided to take the advice of a trusted colleague and go talk with some professional installers. While at Audio Exchange my wife and I were treated care and respect since we really didn't know much about the varying levels of quality on the market. We participated in a speaker listening tour in their sound room and it was easily the most beautiful sound we'd ever heard.

The advice that was provided by Donny, Steve and Carter was just beyond our expectations. Having dealt with other companies in the past we felt comfortable with our decisions and more importantly informed on what we were purchasing. I was looking to introduce my young son to vinyl records and play him some of my dusty collection, but I didn't have a record player. A friend told me through the secret audiophile network of 'Audio Express' and one lunch time I was driving by it so, in I went. Oh my, the place is mind blowing!!! I got the full tour by the extremely knowledgable staff and got to listen to some of the most expensive speakers ever! My budget was not that, but, the team were just happy someone was getting into playing records again. I did buy a great turntable from them to add to an old Yamaha system I bought. If you need honest advice either about system choice and installation or even getting them to source a record for you they offer 5 star customer service.
